As a family law lawyer, Kevin has successfully represented clients in cases involving divorce, custody/access, child support, spousal support, property issues, restraining orders, etc. , both in Court and in the negotiation and drafting of separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts. Kevin is committed to assisting clients with finding reasonable solutions to issues at what is often a very emotional time, and is happy to offer a free half hour consultation.
There are few more important legal documents than a Will, and Kevin has helped many people ensure that their wishes are properly recorded and the needs of their loved ones met by drafting wills and powers of attorney for care and property. Kevin also assists with the administration of Estates, including Applications for Appointment of Estate Trustee (often referred to as probate).
As a real estate practitioner, Kevin has helped hundreds of families refinance, buy and sell homes, providing competent and reassuring service at what can be a stressful time.
